I'm new on this forum but I've been trying to lose weight for years without much success so hopefully being here will help recreate the motivation that's been lost over time.
I have a mega sweet tooth and I hate exercise so I find it incredibly difficult to get my bum off the sofa and find an exercise that I enjoy and to have will power and say no to that chocolate bar.
I'm 23 yo, 5ft 6" and 14stone 11lbs. This is the heaviest I've ever been and it's really knocking my confidence and self-esteem but finding that will power is letting me down. Only 3 years ago I was 11stone and I want to try to get back to that weight.
Do you have any tips for healthy lifestyle changes that may help? Does anyone have any fun exercises I can do to motivate me to get home from work and move my lazy butt even when I want to use the 'but I'm too tired excuse'?
