Hello everyone, Ok just got back from hols Saturday and nearly had a heart attack Monday while viewing all the photos in my swimwear on the camera. What a mess #immediateactionrequired. Downloaded the 12 week plan and just completed day three. Feeling good, resisting the urge for biscuits and chocolate. Joined the forum for support, motivation and inspiration.

Nothing like a camera for telling home truths - well done for acting on it - onwards and downwards
Hello and welcome to the forum Iceland40. I hope you had a lovey holiday! I think photos can be very powerful, it certainly was the thing that kickstarted my healthier lifestyle. They can also be very motivational. Seeing some differences in photos also make me feel good.
