Hi and welcome, firstly don't be upset or hard on yourself life throws us curve balls sometimes we just have to act on it.

I myself would love to get to 12.6 as that's my first goal, hopefully I will get there by Feb next year.

I don't know your height so please check your BMI using the checker and that will give you a calorie allowance to aim for. I stick to the lowest end as I probably misjudge when counting up my daily calories.

The 12 week plan is good to work with and you can download week 1 and fill it in daily. I must admit as I am nearing the end of the 12 week plan twice, I don't now fill it in but keep a record on my fit bit. I did find it motivating and helpful though at the beginning.

We all feel differently about our weight, what we are and what we want to be, so start with a small goal and move forward from that. I have found telling everyone what I am doing helpful as no one now offers me foods I have to say no to.

You might feel shocked at the moment but by being honest with yourself and joining the forum you will manage to turn your weight around, we are all here to help just shout out if any needed. Good Luck and best wishes Bev👍😊
