Don't be sad, 2 1/4 lbs is not to be sniffed at!
Put 4 1/2 packs of lard on the table and take a good hard look and I bet you'll feel really glad that they're not still sitting on your bum, or tum!
Be proud of your achievement, it deserves tears of joy. x
Moreless, I do that too, only with packs of butter, visually tho...if I had butter in the house that would not be a good thing, one of my weaknesses was toast and loads of butter! It's motivating to imagine that much fat on the table isn't it?!
It really is MM It's so easy to lose sight of just how much 1/2lb is and this is an instant reminder
I agree well done. 2 1/4 off is most definetly better than 2 1/4 on. Your journey has just begun and it's always better to loose weight at a sensible rate.
If you do the same next week that's 4 1/2 off, see It will soon add up x
Don't be so hard on yourself. 2 1/4 pounds is a great achievement. Better to have lost something than nothing at all. I've lost 1 1/2 pounds in my first week and I'm thrilled. The NHS weight loss does say that following their guide is aimed at losing 1-2 pounds a week. So you have done fantastic!
Personally I would be very pleased with 2 & 1/4 lbs. Losing a lot of weight quick sounds ideal but the truth of it is a pound or two each week is far better. Don't be in too much of a rush, take it slow and you will get there and stay there. Well done.
Well done, Every little helps so keep going . If you lost that every week just think how much you would have lost in a month.
Hope you have a great week.
hey Tink,
Lol, lol, lol, lol , lol ππππππ
What a star you are! 2 1/4 pounds....haven't even got time to write it down as two and a quarter pounds.......takes me ages typing with one finger!
A loss is a loss, its all going in the right direction, thats all that matters! Well done!
I'm with moreless, this is a fab achievement...I imagine butter as opposed to lard...4 1/2 packs of butter is a LOT so very well done!
