I definitely started week 3 with great intentions but those intentions went out for a walk yesterday and didn't come back in time for dinner! I haven't gone TOO much over calories - I aim for around 1600 and yesterday had 1750 and today 1850 which I guess isn't the end of the world on its own. it's the food I ended up eating I'm not happy with so will try extra hard when I can to choose healthy options through the week. (i had pizza from Tesco yesterday, lots of pastry with dinner today).
I know it's just a small hiccup and (hopefully) not too detrimental calorie-wise but as it's my boyfriends birthday Friday we have a special foody evening Thursday, a meal out Friday and a family meal Sunday! And baking/making for him to take into work (chocolate shortbread, flapjacks and rockyroad!) so lots of temptation at my finger tips!
I'm going to have to be at the top of my game for the rest of the week and sort out where my healthy head has gone!
