joining Monday weigh-in meetings

I don't know how I joined yesterday's weigh-in meeting!!!, jjjjjj,

Do I just write my post with my comments and info?.

Do I have to be tagged by someone in the forum?.

Next week, the threads will be posted by Zest - if you look out for the morning or afternoon/evening thread, depending on when you weigh in, you can reply with your weight to that

Hi sole. Each Monday Zest or moreless will post the weigh in, just like you have posted today. It will be visible on the homepage where you can see other people's posts. I suggest you follow both to be notified of the weigh in. You just then need to comment on the post like many others will have done and that's it xx

Hello! RobLandsdown91 and Emilymay1992 have given you excellent advice regarding getting to the next Monday group weigh-in.

Rob actually helped you out yesterday by including a link to the weigh-in, which means that Anon-E-Mouse will have counted you in our stats - but next week you'll need to get there on your own steam, as we normally don't copy and paste, or link people, as we wouldn't be able to keep up with that, and also, it's really important for people to make their own choices about whether they're included or not. Hope that makes sense.

But I will look out for you, as I know you'll be trying to get there on Monday, and hopefully we'll see you there.
