It was gorgeous actually- I have an old recipe book called Weight Watcher Around The World, I've not got many books that gives calories, so it's come into its own. Made Jambalya - allowed myself chicken and prawns because I need to follow calories at the moment. Very filling I have to say. And hot and spicy. Much better when you don't have to share a one person portion!!!

I just did the opposite, I made a 3 portion veggie shepherds pie thinking I could heat the leftovers up for my lunch tomorrow, but I should have made it 4 portion as OH went back for seconds ...
