Have just signed up and cannot find what the milk allowance is, please be gentle as am partially sighteed

To my knowledge, there isn't a specific 'allowance' set in the plan for milk consumption, and I've given you a link to the NHS Choices web-page about 'Milk and Dairy Products' so you can see what is said there:
