Fell off the wagon πŸ™

Well at the end of the 6 week holidays I had lost 2 stone. I was running 3 times a week's and walking twice. I went back to work full time (I was part time before) and my routine went out of the window. I saw it as an excuse to binge eat and that I did.

I was buying a pack of 5 doughnuts giving my husband one then eating the other 4 in secret one after the other after the other. Saying to myself it's fine I can pull it back diet starts tomorrow. 4 weeks have past by and I'm ashamed and annoyed with myself. I felt like I should be on the secret eaters programme.

4 weeks have past with no exercise and eating take away And crap. This morning I woke up and said No. I went out for a run (because I'm not working today) I'm thinking I will try and go before work at 5:30am. We will see what Wednesday brings.

Hi Kaydenmummy,

Well done for getting back on the wagon again after a bit of a fall - you've picked yourself up, dusted yourself off, and you were out there RUNNING and I bet noone could catch you!

Just put the past behind you, move forward and here's to seeing what Wednesday will bring - hope you enjoy today, and tomorrow, inbetween.

Good luck!

Lowcal :-)

Thanks think I needed to acknowledge what I had done with the doughnuts and ashame myself by sharing the info with others. Hopefully it's done the trick

Don't be too hard on yourself. Going back to work full time is a major event. You were bound to be thrown. But you have done the right thing and climbed back on board. I hope your systems are back in place soon

Thanks. I'm still finding it a struggle to get in a routine but I'm having a word with myself. Lol

We all have ups and downs Kaydenmummy what makes us successful is acknowledging the downs, drawing a line under it and getting back on the wagon, just as you have so very well done! It is not easy πŸ˜• But you can do this 😊 We are all cheering you on 😊😊😊
