Well here goes! I've tried all of the diets in all of the clubs. lost the weight, regained it again, with interest. I'm now really fed up with clothes that only fit where they touch.
Being post menopausal, I'm finding that I am carrying weight in different places. My waist has expanded and my thighs are now slimmer. Hopefully, this site will give me the incentive and support that I need.

I am also post menopausal and weight loss is more difficult but not impossible 😊 And exercise can help with waist/abdominal fat. Good luck and very best wishes 😊😊😊
