Well I made it through week 1 only a small loss of 1lb. But this week has been about healthier eating . No sweets cakes crisps or biscuits. And portion size and the kitchen scales are a must. Onwards now to week 2

Only a lb? That is brilliant first step downwards. I lost 9 lb in my first 12 week challenge which is just under a lb a week. Same this time round but added up I have lost 13 lb. all the little ones add up! Well done 😀

Well done , coming down from the sugar highs can be tricky ! 1lb is great so good luck for week two !
