Well today I have had a movement after 3 weeks stuck - would you believe it. 😉
No its not what you think! 😂 I mean a movement in my weight loss.😀
Only a pound but a pound off however it's better than a pound on. Delighted.
Started at 16.7 now 15.4 loss 1st 3lbs.☺
That's fantastic news! Especially as it's in the right direction.
Good thing you clarified though as at first I was thinking you'd posted in the wrong place by accident! 
Here's to seeing those scales moving ever downwards!

I know exactly what you mean.
I wrote the heading deleted it realising how it may be perceived and then chuckled to myself small minds and all that..... then the devil got hold of me and couldn't resist and retyped it back in.😳
I Hope it made people feeling a little fed up a bit of a chuckle.
However you made me laugh about posting on the wrong site. 😂
I expect another movement by Sunday ☺

After 7 years working in a nursing home, I definitely put a different spin on it when I first read it. Sometimes I think as adults we're too serious so it's nice to have a silly giggle sometimes!
