Vibration plate

Hi Angela
Sorry I have heard and seen one. I have a job keeping upright on terra firma.
Have you Googled it? Just a thought.☺
My mum had one and she uses it most days (she has mobility problems). I think it is good for circulation.

Hmm, I bought a vibration plate , found it quite tricky, it then collected dust for a while then I gave it away. 'Nuff said. I also bought a toning table machine, which I did use sometimes ( cuz it took two years to pay for it !!) but I can't honestly say it made much difference. The main thing that got me down to the right size was a calorie controlled diet, and daily walking.
I use one at the gym, I find it helps with my restless legs. Not sure about anything else though.
I had a go at one at the gym over a few weeks, it didn't lose me any weight or really tone me, so I didn't continue with it. I think it helps circulation, but that's about it.
