HI JASON , I AM WRINTING TO YOU FOR HELP I BEEN TRYING TO LOSE WIEGHT BUT I TRYED EVERY WAY TO LOSE WEIGHT BUT SOON AS I TAKE IT OF IT GOSE BACK ON I AM ON LOT OF PILLS FOR MY HEALHT AND I SUFFER DEPRESSION AND HAVE PROBLEMS WITH HEALHT PROBLEMS AND CANNOT WORK OR DRIVE BECAUSE OF MY HEALHT AND I CAN NOT GET MY WEIGHT OF I NEED HELP AS I HAVING HART PROMBLES AND BECAUSE OF MY WEIGHT I HOPE YOU CAN HELP ME PLEASE

Hello you might have the same problem as me i eat to much i have been looking at portion size i have struggled for ages but this weekend i have really looked at that and i really know that's where i have gone wrong hope this helps kim
