Thanks for reminding me about weigh in! Im sure if youre feeling hungry a small healthy snack like couple oatcakes with tsp peanut butter or something wont ruin anything. Its no fun being hungry. ☺
Me too!! Sounds like you've been doing great on all fronts.
I'm lucky here no hills to speak of, although not so lucky with burning off more calories... I just have to walk further! But I've had a little treat tonight after my slightly stressful afternoon walk (will post later) and now I'm feeling heavy and slightly anxious about weigh-in tomorrow lol. I only had one of the small squares of chocolate caramel bites we bought, 74 cal though which is crazy scary for the size! Then my sons mango frozen yogurt lolly broke in half in the car and he was upset it was cold and couldn't hold on to it (he's only 5) so I ended up eating it!! About 45 cals for that so all in all not too bad and I'm sure it will be ok but still feel a bit guilty!
Wishing you all the best for tomorrow! Great that you went for a long walk today and coped with the hills.

Hi Kathygodders
You're doing so well! I look forward to Monday weigh-ins too, so good luck for tomorrow!!
If you are still in your calorie allowance opt for a healthy snack to help beat back hunger. I usually snack on fruit, a slice of wholemeal toast or a low fat snack bar.
I can tell you that this gets easier the longer you do it. It took about four or five weeks but I no longer have too many cravings and I am in 'the swing' of things now. I guess it takes a while for this sort of thing to become the norm and to build long term habits. Just stick with it and it will get easier.
No good feeling hungry, have a healthy snack, hunger makes you miserable, if you are miserable the healthy eating plan won't be sustainable. Good luck tomorrow!
