Every so often there is a need to do what you fancy and not what you should. Dinner tonight was half a Fray Bentos pie, half a tin of processed peas and half a portion of chips from the chippy in town. How many calories? No idea, but I did enjoy it.
Promise I'll make up for it tomorrow with lettuce sandwiches without the bread!

I think a little of what we crave can do a world of good. As long as you enjoyed it and you intend to be back to the healthy eating there is no harm in a treat now and then.
Sometimes it is important to give in to the desire for a good feed on what you really fancy. I find if I deny myself too much I can end up giving in later on and probably eating twice as much as I would had I just gone for it in the first place.
I had a small pie from the butchers the other day - steak and gravy omg it was good. A bit naughty but I was hungry and in the middle of town, and the butchers was just there... Etc etc... 😉
Sustainability is the name of the game 😊 Isn't it great to be able to have these treats but not go overboard? I love being in control like this, of feeling I can eat these nice things but in moderation 😊Very well done 😊
