Found this book in the library by Jean Kristeller with Alison Bowman.

It's about using mindfulness to lose weight and to change our relationship with food.

I am finding this helpful and wanted to mention it on this forum.

It talks about mindless eating and becoming a mindful eater.

Helpful when wanting to break out of comfort eating and also giving ourselves a hard time for having a treat for a change e.g. favourite cake or dessert

The book looks at eating habits, emotional eating and why we can make it harder for ourselves with a diet mindset.

I'm sure this book will be of interest to a lot of people. I never thought of myself as an emotional eater, but have come to realise mood and tiredness does play a big part. However, if I am really upset I can't eat at all. We are all different, but we all have to eat, it's just how and how much that's the problem!
