Makes sense not to push yourself to the stage that u have no energy to continue. What Fitbit have u got on can I ask? I would like to buy one - just don't know where to start looking?

The watch I wear is a Polar M400 but my wife uses the FitBit Alta and buys extra wrist bands (they are interchangeable) from eBay.
I will do a video on fitness trackers next time. Anything that gets you motivated to move more is a good thing.

I will stick with my walking for the moment but enjoyed your video. 😊
Any exercise is better than none at all. I was trying to show how moving slowly means that you can actually enjoy the exercise you are doing and that there's no need to go 110% all out to get benifits.
Enjoy your walking. It is a fantastic way of using extra calories and boosting any weight loss.
My hubby did a half marathon a few weeks ago. He passed a local man who runs A LOT at the beginning of the race. My hubby was quite smug about it as he was ahead. Well the story is a bit like the hare and the tortoise. The local man ran past my hubby ( who was walking by then) and beat him no problem !!
