Chicken dinner...

Just scoffed this little lot...(didn't eat the skin though!). Two types of curly kale, collards and french beans from the garden, chicken and sweet potato came from the supermarket. Total - 470 cals. At least three of my five a day the other two were a juicy peach for a snack and berries with my muesli for brunch. Hope everyone has a lighter than last week weigh-in tomorrow. I'll be gutted if my five hours of stacking wood hasn't made an impact.
