I just wanted to let you all know that the I've achieved another one of my goals today.

The goal was to be 9st 10lbs, the weight I was at 17. As of my weigh in today I am 9st 9.25lbs.

Just two goals to go now; the 9st 7lb goal and the final weight goal of 9st 4lbs for maintenance.

Onwards and downwards.
