Sorry a day late c25k week 7 run 2

I have done both my runs for this week - the first was outside on Monday, and the second was in the gym on the treadmill on Wednesday. I enjoyed them both, and I'm hoping to do the third over the weekend.

I decided not to push for an improvement on my speed for this run and thought I'd try to increase on my 6K run instead. In the end, I realised that after 7K, I was feeling great! I was trotting along, albeit slowly, breathing normally (I could probably have sung too, except for my foghorn voice ), I completed 8K, but had to stop then, as other walkers were appearing and my dog was being a pest. I may try again on sunday, when hopefully there won't be as many other early walkers
