Welcome! I hope you have a great first week - and good luck with your weight loss goals. Have you read our Welcome Newbie post yet? If not, it's worth a read, and you can find it in our Pinned posts area - see the top right-hand-side of the homepage.

Also, if you'd like to join in with the Monday group weigh-in sessions, then have a look at the Events section (below the Pinned posts) and you can find the link to the Afternoon/evening session, which is going on now.

You'd be very welcome to join us, if you want to - but if you prefer to do your own post regarding your weight, then of course that is a great idea too - just wanted to offer you the option of the larger group - go with whatever motivates you best!
