Hello-I'm on week 4 of fresh start-recommend this to newbies. We get one to one support once a week at a local pharmacy and I find this online community great as we can cheer each other on. It means a lot to be able to share an update and helpful tips. Something that I find really helpful too is having that weekly date in my diary and aiming for a lifestyle change rather than viewing this as being on a diet.
