Hey guys ,

I was originally at nhs weight watchers but my programme has come too a end as it was put through weightwatcher . The only things I miss will be the social vitural and the friends I made . Put I will not paying as I was put through my doctors . It was a brillaint start too my new journey have got motivated. And it shows it worked as I am straight on the nhs community .

I still need to lose 8 pounds I am doing this now and not looking back as a long term journery and gaining new experiences.

I can find stuff on line for ww and there podcast on youtube lol so all good and get magazine from shop . I am glad nhs are doing more on line as its stop me searching the net for fad dieting .

Wish me luck and I hope to get fo know you all soon ;)

Xx

Hello, Gayle87, welcome and congratulations on your success to date 😊

You'll find all the information you need about the forum in our Pinned Posts healthunlocked.com/nhsweigh... including a Welcome message, the Daily Diary and the current weigh in: a good place to start is by joining a weekly weigh in on the day of your choice, and using the Daily Diary, where members share their meal plans.

Take your time exploring. This gives you a tour of the forum healthunlocked.com/?tour=true and, along with Pinned Posts, will show you how things work. I hope you'll become an active member and we will see you joining in around the forum 😊

PS the app doesn’t give access to all parts of the forum so we advise everyone to get rid of the app and log on to the full website using the browser on their phone

You have come to the right place for encouragement and lots of good ideas. Although friends on here are virtual the system works really well.
