Week 2 Weigh in...

So I maintained this week, no weight loss even though I've upped my exercise and have been pretty good staying off the processed carbohydrates....

Feeling a bit useless at the moment to be honest. I have my period and do tend to put a couple of pounds on when I do, so hoping I'll be able to loose a bit more next week.

I could probably just do with curling up with a packet of Doritos and napping for the rest of the weekend but I'm in the process of fighting my fat little, lazy inner self! ;) The little inner self that tells me 'but you're so comfortable now...' when I get home planning to go on a run but sit down on the sofa first....

So I'll say it on here now so I can be reprimanded if I don't... I will be going on a 3.5 mile run this afternoon. No stopping when I get home, straight upstairs to get changed, ignoring that chubby inner self! ;)

Thought it might be good idea to set a goal on here, for something to work towards. So I'm off to the South of France on the 26th of August which is 7 weeks away, I'd love to be 11st by then. So that's 17 pounds to shift.... or near to it would be fab, in fact just feeling comfortable in a bikini would be wonderful but then again I don't think I've ever felt comfortable in one!!

So Onwards and downwards on the scales please!

Thanks!

Hope you manage your run 😊 Exercise is an excellent anti-dote to hormonal changes and greatly helps with the fluid retention, something I have learned the hard way 😕

And don't forget, if you follow the plan you will lose weight, it may just take a week to appear on the scales 😊
