Achieved keeping to plan on holiday

Went away for a few days and managed to keep to fruit and vegetables no desserts, sweets, indulging in ice creams etc. Swam twice in the small hotel pool. Walked when I could as exercise. I did not want to undo my good start over the last 2 -3 weeks. Had to go out and buy extra fruit and plan little picnic lunches in the day. Just to cheer you on and say it can be done.........feel such a big sense of achievement!

Hi Timetoact,

Fantastic!!! Sounds like you've had a really great time, and made some great choices too - achieving a good balance. Really great!

Glad you're feeling good!
