Well I bought the pinch of nom book wow its brilliant I have made loads of meals and got the hubby on them too. I have also been sneaky and bought arla Bob skimmed milk I really wouldn't have believed how much it is like semi skimmed ...
Ladies and gents try frozen fruit good handful with 40g oats and arla 0% yogurt I have coconut and vanilla, leave in the fridge overnight ...your full until afternoon or lunch ...
And I have lost weight too 😁
