Im pretty sure having a nice breakfast is my motivation to get up early and do yoga rather than the actual yoga! Today decided to have a dippy duck egg and a cup of tea. Havent had one of these in ages.

Hope everyone else is enjoying their morning.:-)

Good for you. I haven't ever tried a duck egg but I'm sure they are rich and tasty. I'm up for work at 4.15am through the week so I tend to have breakfast after the gym at around 7. It tends to be cereal or fruit and yogurt but at the weekends I have something cooked. I got amazing huge turkey bacon rashers from musclefood, so I have 1 of them with some soft scrambled egg, mushrooms fried in one cal spray, grilled plum tomatoes and a toasted bagel. Tesco do thinner pre sliced bagels at only 120 calories. I look forward to my weekend breakfasts all week. Hope that you enjoy yours today :)

It's pretty low calorie at only 71 per slice and the slice was huge.

I love dippy eggs but never get them right. I'm coming round to yours if you can make perfect ones. All that protein fills you up for hours, which is so good for you.
