Day 1: after my NHS health check, I have high cholesterol and need to lose 10 kg.

Managed the 1,400 calories quite easily, but getting a headache and haven't even started my 30 mins of yoga yet. Would water help?

Yes.You could be dehydrated.Take small sips, don't glug it.Plus we often think we are hungry when we are actually thirsty!

Yes Gaylita, I believe water will help. I also think that the changing of diet may have something to do with it. It is like having withdrawn symptoms. You are getting rid of bad eating and they are fighting you. Anyway, it is my theory 😻. Drink plenty, be patient and it will sort itself out. Good luck on your journey

Hi yes dehydration can cause headaches as can reducing caffeine intake quickly. ,
