I'm Roxi , and at the moment I need that click and support that will help me loss the weight , for the moment my big goal is to lose 25kg . It's a lot , I know but bad habits made me gain weight !

I have found this week (I am a serial yo-yo), that using the forum daily has helped. Reading about other people and their successes and struggles is a great motivator. I am sending you positive (and healthy) thoughts and hope you have a great day! That is what it comes down to - making each decision the right decision. For me this week, I am keeping off the alcohol and definitely need all the support I can get! Good luck and hope to catch up again.

Welcome to the Weight Loss NHS forum, and it's great that you're joining this community for support on your weight loss journey. I'd recommend having a read of our Welcome Newbie post - it's in the Pinned posts area - top right-hand-side of the homepage, and it's really good! moreless has put it together, and it contains lots of motivating things from current members.
There are also several current Challenges going on - also in Pinned posts area, as well as our Monday group weigh-in session (in Events section - below Pinned posts). The next session is tomorrow - and will be posted from 6.30am onwards - so if you want to join us for that, you'd be VERY welcome - and just join in at whatever time suits you best - we're there all day and evening too!
I am just starting too with a similar goal so would be very happy to lose with you. I need to lose at least 20 kg. I have bought a step counters and aim to complete 10000 steps per day - I guess while I am walking I am not eating!!!!
