wow, well done. Have you got a pedometer or tracker on your phone, it's amazing what encouragement they give you when you can see what you've done. Some of them have history on them, but I write mine down each day so I can look back and be proud of the improvement.
I used to do them all the time ,then I started to get the lift.if I don't have anything to carry then I do the stairs as much as possible it also depends on how often I leave the office.thanks for your reply.
That is a great plan, gman! I live on the 2nd floor and take the stairs all the time, plus those at work. I remember, 6 stones ago, how I used to huff and puff, now I sometimes (not often!) run up them!
When I worked at our local hospital I spent my lunch break either walking a circuit round the building (in good weather) or walking up and down stairs (in bad weather). Trouble was that many days came and went with not a sniff of a lunch break...
