Look at the pinned posts on the right hand side of the screen where you can find the newbie welcome post and other relative posts. Mini challenges on there if you wish to join in and the Monday weigh in post also if you wish to join in each week.
I am on my 4th week of the 12 week plan it is easy to download and quite easy to stick to.
This forum is brill you can gain advise and encouragement as we are all here to help each other reach the same goal.
Good luck keep posting how you are progressing need help just shout, ( pin a message up there is always someone to come to your aid)

Well done Mandy and welcome to the forum. You will find the support and encouragement here invaluable in the weeks and months ahead. Good for you on joining the gym. My work has a gym and I've bitten the bullet and joined today. My exercise at the moment peaks at the weekend and involves walking for miles. The gym will allow me to do an hours exercise before I start work in the morning, Monday to Friday. I wish you every success. Keep us all up to date on your progress. Kenny
