I've dieted forever , I've lost I've regained . I don't want to go to a club, be on a plan anymore. I just want to eat sensibly, healthily and get rid of the lumpy bits I don't need first week of NHS 12 weight loss and I feel in control , loving it so far.

Welcome to the Weight Loss NHS forum, and it's great to hear you're enjoying the first week of the NHS 12 week plan. Really great!
Do check out our Pinned posts area, as there's a Welcome Newbie thread there, and it's a very motivating read. The pinned posts are in the top right-hand-side of the homepage.
It does give you that feeling of being in control doesn't it?
And it is only you that can do this. You obviously have been motivated to start the plan and this forum helps you to keep motivated for the 12 weeks and beyond.
I am now in my 22nd week and i have never felt like I was deprived of anything, never felt hungry either and I have learned so much about the foods I eat and how they effect my body.
It is not just the weight loss but my over all improvements in health too.
22 weeks and a loss of 42lbs. I am approaching my target weight now and that is something I never thought would be achievable at the start of the year.
Do not underestimate the power of this group, they are a brilliant bunch
SNAP it's my first week too and I am really enjoying it. I already feel like I have so much more energy because I am not stuffed full with junk all the time
My starting weight is 14 stone 5 pounds so this diet is not a minute to soon for me. I am aiming to get 5 stone off but am breaking this down into a stone at a time so it doesn't feel such an uphill battle.
Good luck to you too. I think breaking it down into smaller chunks is a good plan , seems more manageable doesn't it. We can do this you know 😊 Thank you for your support X
