Well had a good week this week as I did last week and only maintained last week!, so this week tried a rest day after last week weigh in and have tried interval training on treadmill! And something's worked as I've lost 3Ibs gunna stick to the interval training as I quite enjoyed it and stick with the rest day and see what next week brings

Thanks low cal worked hard this week and glad with the results, feeling it now though I always start to lose the will by Fridays! But did my DVD today, rest tomorrow then I will be fresh for another week!, have yourself a great weekend too.
Congratulations natnatmumof3, this is great news!!! I too try not to stay rigid in the same routine each week, changing it often helps confuse the body and aids weight loss. Hope you have a lovely week ahead, I look forward to hearing your weightloss news next week

Great. Wish I could use treadmill but I have been out for 2 meals this week and I managed to stay the same so I hope to loose next week, had good day today!
