Yep. I gave in to self pity and wine last night. I'm that annoying person who likes exercise but not feeding my hangover with carbs is going to be hard. But we can do this.
Hi, don't panic about a "bad" day or two ....just treat each day as a new day. Remember this is not just " a diet" for twelve weeks, its the start of learning healthy ways to live and eat for life . But it does not mean depravation, as while you work towards your healthy weight range, you'll get used to it and will learn how to allow for the odd binge, the party treats, holiday times etc.
It can be done, and maintained. I struggled most of my life gaining/ losing/gaining etc...but eventually with the help of this site I cracked it , I lost my weight slowly ( 30lbs in a year) and have kept it off for the past 13 months. So get back on the horse ,you can do this too !
