How often do you give yourself treats? What treats do you give yourself? I'm going to give myself a treat every stone but when I get to 2 stone I'm going to treat myself to a spa day. What do you give yourself for 1 stones loss.

Treats??????
Thank you for this. I have lost my first stone and haven't treated myself to anything. I really like the idea so will have to have a think...maybe a trip to the hairdressers!!
I tend to travel, I went to London, Austria and Dublin over the last 3 months and always lost weight when back. I slightly overeat but I usually walk for 10 km everry day. So, when I get home I'm always lighter, happier and more motivated.
I understand that mt treats are a bit pricy but I've been saving soo much money since I began my diet that my trips, overall, haven't been that expensive.
If I feel I'm doing well (getting in my exercise and sticking to my calorie allowance) I will treat myself to a nice long soak in the bath with the expensive bath smellies, not just the boring everyday ones!
I'm coming up on the 3 stone lost mark and for that I am treating myself to a new dress for my high school reunion on the 24th. It also feels like a huge reward that I'll be buying a smaller size!
I thought you were talking about eating/drinking treats! And now we know why I need to watch my intake!
I think for me, it always has to be wearing something new or finding an old favourite that now fits from shopping in the attic. I don't know which thrills me more: the fact that I can now buy cheap clothes and look great, or the discovery that fashion just goes in circles and there is nearly always something old but on trend to wear if I look upstairs.
There just had to be a benefit to being every size between 14 and 24 and never ever throwing anything away! And on my way down, I finally found it! Any minute now, I am going to get into all those high heeled shoes. Who knew that losing weight would change your shoe size? That explains some of my previous mysteries.
