Was a little disappointed as the past two weeks my weight lost had almost stopped after losing 12lb. However, I'm over the moon as I stuck with my fitness plan and food diary (55 days in) and I've lost another 4lb! So that's 16lb in 55 days. Only another 14lb till I'm at my ideal weight. So happy! I've gone down a dress size too.

So do you manage to stick to the eating plan ?? I am discouraged as only lost 5lb in 3 weeks, bmi is 31.. My computer cant seem to download so I don't look at plan often just mosey along in my way. Cut out most carbs though. Eat lots of fruit and veg.
Most of the time I do. I printed off a monthly meal plan sheet from Google and wrote each meal on then stuck it in my diary- so know what I'm going to eat each day (saves money too). I do have days where I snack on things I shouldn't but don't we all :). 5lb in 3 weeks is a healthy rate of losing, means that you should keep it off too so don't let the number get you down, you will get there!
Thank you . I often feel scared to weigh myself as I could give up if I have struggled and got no where. Will go and jog for 10 minutes in front room. Not the sort to jog outside.
