Hi I am new on here, so thought I would say 'Hi', I've just finished week 3 of C25K and now need to starting eating much healthier, so am going to start 12 week plan, any ideas you have for packed lunches that doesn't involve bread or couscous would be welcomed.
Waiting for the week one pack and I will get going!

I tend to take leftovers for lunch. And as the meal was originally calculated, I don't have to recalculate it. I also like to put things on Ryvitas. They're bready and give a nice crunch, but have a lot less calories than a slice of bread. And you can top them with all the same sorts of things.
Congratulations on completing the C25K, and it's great that you're also starting the NHS 12 week plan. I'd like to wish you lots of success with it. Have you seen the Re-boot/Start Challenge in the Pinned posts area? You need to click on 'view more' to see the post, but it is there, and it might help motivate you to be part of that alongside others, so do join if you want to.
Also, do join in the weekly Monday group weigh-in sessions if you like the idea of a weigh-in - although I appreciate it's not everyone's cup of tea!
