I like to get exercise in early on a Monday too, the blank new 12 week sheet is just too daunting until I have written something up on it.

How do you manage a 40 min run!!!!!! I did the C25k last year. But never managed a 5k run in 30 mins. I've signed up for the my marathon by British heart foundation and can only do around 3 k in 30 mins!!!!! However my legs are looking so more toned than in a long time. But I admire anyone that can run for more than 30 mins. Your doing great. Keep going.

Thank you Paednurse - 40 minutes is about my max, running speed only at 8.5 on the treadmill, it did say I completed about 5.2Km but that was over 40 minutes, on the flat.

I did street run for a while, but got freaked out running at night on my own once and haven't done it since, which is a shame as I loved it, much more than gym running.

I am very impressed you have signed up for a marathon! - I am planning to walk a half marathon distance this year - that'll be enough for me!

Good luck, very inspirational stuff you are doing.
