Let's just treat myself...

*holds hand up*

I used to be so guilty for this. Thinking I'd done so well after one day then treating myself with loads of chocolate or a takeaway!

But this time I can proudly say I've nearly completed week 2 and I've been 100% on plan again! Yippee!

Oh dear I am Guilty Guilty Guilty. I will start properly on Monday as I initially wanted but jumped the gun and did well for 1 day. Then got terrible cold yesterday and felt sorry for myself. Dont have the right foods in my house any way. Getting right food over the weekend. Just feel pooped out. Terrible cold hayfever block nose. Bleh!!!

Drink lots of black currant tea and make sure you have rice-cake snacks and low cal jellies for emergencies. I used to get bad hay-fever but seem to have grown out of it, so hopefully you will too. It is not nice to feel so congested. Go easy on milk and ice cream which can seem to aggravate congestion in the nose.

For a moment I thought that picture was your own fridge!!!!!

Don't you just feel for those poor folk who have to work in petrol stations and sweet shops, surrounded by temptation.

Well done you for sticking to your plan for two weeks - it will soon start to become a normal way of life.

Hi Primelle,

Well done for keeping on plan and you're nearly at the end of week 2 - excellent!

I think you've identified that some people can try to sabotage other people's plans sometimes, so here's to looking out for such things, and ensuring they don't happen to us. Politely declining things we don't want to have in our personal eating plans, that's the way to go.

Enjoy your weekend.

Lowcal :-)

Now that's a fridge full of rubbish. But I'd be happy to have some of that tucked away in my cupboards!

I've had a 36 pack of jaffa cakes in my cupboard since Wednesday now and it's still not been opened. I think this might be the longest time a box of jaffa cakes has survived in this household.

So here's to a third week of 100% goodness for you, may you resist all further temptations, I'm sure you can do it. :)
