Well hello there all you fabulous weight losers

This week I have lost 2lb taking me into the 12 stones!!!! I haven't been here in a couple of years and I have made a vow to myself this morning to never ever again see those 13's when I step on the scales. I've lost half an inch off my chest, arm & thigh which I'm really happy about. We all love a good bit of shrinkage on measure day 😊

I've stuck to my 1200 (except one day when I couldn't resist half a subway oatmeal and raisin cookie for an extra 100 calories so I did extra walking to burn that off). I've stuck to my 6 workouts for the week. My boyfriend said I should be enjoying exercise by now but I'm defo not. I still see it as something I've got to do rather than something I want to do but I'm hoping that'll change as more time goes on.

Had an achievement on Saturday night when me & my daughter realised it was Eurovision night. We both love it and normally it's been an excuse for us to get a dominos pizza and a load of sweets and just binge in front of the tv for the night but we didn't! We resisted! My daughter is also eating healthier to lose weight so we're really proud of ourselves πŸ˜‚

Aim for next week is to lose 1lb to get to my 1 & a half stone loss.

Starting weight: 14st 4lb

Current weight: 12st 12lb

Total lost: 20lb

Still to lose: 47lb

Way to go you! Not bingeing with a fave programme on is a great win and at least you're doing the exercise but can't you find one that you do enjoy or mix it up so you don't get bored?

I'm a bit limited really time wise. I can only really exercise when the kids are in bed so I have to do something in the house (exercise bike and weights normally). When I do get a chance, I like to swim but it's not as often as I'd like. Other than that, it's long walks which are good but again not as often as I'd like. I think ideally I'd like to do some team based sport but I've got no chance of that as I'm limited on babysitters to once in a blue moon so the bike it is. I love it when I'm done. I just don't look forward to it. But it's working so even if I hate it at times, I need to focus on that positive.

That is tricky but at least you get a chance to do what you like occasionally. Could you take the children on walks with you, of course I don't know their age? What about trying exercise dvds if you're stuck inside? Even vigorous housework burns calories or standing to talk on the phone. I'm glad what you're doing is working though, it would be awful if you hated it and weren't losing. As you say focus on the positives - PMA will keep you going πŸ˜‰.

Yeah it's all about that PMA.

I'm definitely trying to get out walking more with the weather being nicer. Everything's easier to do when we get the weather

I agree it's easier, I used to jog which is definitely better with nicer weather. Having said that I do like all the seasons 😊
