have just had a thought about 1 thing that is going to kep me motivated , I bought a lovely dress 5 years ago , for a special occasion, did not ewant to give it away as i like the style and the material. Have decided that I am going to make this my focus for the moment, to get into this dress would giv me great. satisfaction.
