BBC One Pots

Has anyone else picked up this magazine? Just got it from the newsagents and it's full of really nice looking recipes and all the calorie counting has been done for you (bane of my life so far this week). I'm really looking forward to trying some of the recipes, one pot dishes make my life so much easier.

One pot cooking can be fab, easy to portion and store extra ready for when you need it.  A weightwatchers friend indeed. 😊

I love one pot dinners too, particularly if I can put them in my slow cooker.  Will look out for this next time at the shops.

My slow cooker is an absolute life saver. I love putting it on before work and then getting in to a beautiful meal!
