Oh dear, let's hope you find your motivation , there are so many pluses as you know, check out the NHS 12 week plan, Lowcal does a 'pack' /link which is great.
Think love term as in goals, and benefits, short term as managing things

Morning! Just wanted to wish you well. I found using the myfitnesspal ap brilliant for keeping me on track. It logs all the calories and gives you warnings when you are about to go over your calorie limit or eat too much sugar or fat. You just need to be disciplined about logging everything, but it pays off. Wishing you lots of will power and determination to get fit and healthy!
