Celebrate every pound lost Springy, that's 2 packs of lard, that you'll never see again and believe me, it's a heck of a lot better than a maintain, or a gain :)

I'm really proud of the 1lb that I lost this week, because I worked hard for it! :)

Onwards and downwards, losers are always winners! :)

Hi Springy40,

Definitely try to celebrate that loss - 1 pound is really great!  You're doing really well.

Wishing you another great week ahead.

Thank you I will

Everything off is a result. It is difficult to see that when you are in the middle of it all. One day you will look back and realise what an achievement it is.

When you think that's minus 3,500 cals a week to lose that 1lb, it's hard earned, a good heslthy amount too

Given 1400 cals ( I tend to stick to about 1500) is average unless quite obese, ( in which case you need more calories) , plenty of room to lose!
