Just done a 4 mile walk with Lesley Sansone ....phew!! Ive done a 3 mile twice before so thought I would try the 4 mile. Felt good , but need more practice if I am to do it more than once a week. So I will try again next week along with my 2 mile & 3 mile. Hope this encourages a little more weight loss along with my healthy eating. I weigh on a saturday (tomorrow) fingers crossed.

Glad to hear that moreless, how many times do you walk a week?
I try to walk every day, weather permitting and I cycle as well now, although mainly indoors, with the bike on a stand. I shall get out more when there's no danger of ice on the roads.
Yesterday I managed to walk 13K's, although today, it was only 4K's, because the arthritis let me down
When I first started, I couldn't even manage 1K!
Great progress!
