Was storming along, enjoying my food, enjoying my exercise, feeling positive for a change.
1 nasty comment and I spiralled out of control, had a bit of a cry gave myself a shake and recorded every calorie !!!!!!!!!!!
Its done now I can't change it, do i reduce my cakories for the rest of the week to compensate or do I draw a line and start afresh in the morning ? π€

Thankyou, I feel better now i've listed all of the calories and I've stopped before a bad few hours becomes a bad day then a bad week π€ Heres to a better day tomorrow !
Hi as everyone says forget it and start a fresh day tomorrow.
If the comment was aimed at weight etc I would get angry and prove the person responsible for it wrong. Negative comments come from those who are dam right rude and not worth listening to.
Why not join the winter Equinox challenge it's the 21st tomorrow so just 13 weeks and imagine how fabulous you will look and feel. Ready for Christmas sparkle. πππ
This makes my blood boil! How dare someone make a nasty comment? what gives them the right to presume they know anything about you?! Ignore it, draw a line under it and the effect it had, write them off as ignorant, and start again tomorrow, you are worth it!
I was always told that it's easier to change your waistline than it is to change a person's bad attitude and personality. Hold your head high because you're awesome and show them what you're made of. Start fresh tomorrow and just do you You get to be happy and healthy with all of us in your corner ... what more could you ask for? x
I agree !!! Rude interfering cruel people make me so angry!! Huw date they !! Grrr π‘ So very well done on gaining back control!! That is a very difficult thing to do so you should feel very proud π And yes, draw a line under it, fresh start today π Good luck and very best wishes πβ€οΈπ
It's no good worrying about what has happened. Draw a line in the sand and start again. Carry on an prove those with their ways wrong.
Best to draw a line under it and continue tomorrow as though nothing had happened the previous day! And remember - don;t let a lapse become a collapse!
