Well although I signed up before xmas I didn't really start until new year. The first 2-3 weeks went very well , even though I was not at the gym due to an injured knee. The last week wasn't great as it was the anniversary of losing my mum and find that time very difficult. But hey ho such is life. Anyway my total loss for January is 9lb, not bad, quite pleased with that. Has given me a boost to keep going. Being organised is definitely the key for me so breakfast porridge and salad lunches all preped the night before so no excuses.
