For the last 3 weeks my weight has stayed the same, but the centimetres are coming off my waist. I am keeping to my calorie count, sometimes under the 1400, should I reduce the amount or stick with it. I cant do much exercise as I cant walk without leg brace and walking sticks. Any tips would be helpful

Maybe average out your weight one. over the month to see if you really have stayed still? Sometimes it seems that you are sticking then suddenly you get on the scales and find 2-3lbs have gone, the body is a strange and amazing thing! John ;-)

It sounds like something good is going on. Don't be hard on yourself. Perhaps the weight shifts around a bit before it comes off. Good body tone is a great thing.
