Wow you did say your starting weight. Fabulous! What a relief to just say it even though it was hard! Now you can start on this fun journey! You are not alone!
Congrats for taking the first step. Have you taken starting measurements too? Someone suggested a while ago just cutting pieces of string for each measurement and labelling them e.g. waist, hips, upper arms, chest etc. You may not want to know the measurements now, but further down the line it may be good to be able to go back and see how many inches you've lost - which to some is even more motivating than losing the lbs and stones I only measured my waist at the start - I now wish I'd measured my hips etc too...
Yes I did a full set of measurements, it helps to check the inches when the pounds slow down 😉
Exactly - I saved re-measuring for the difficult weeks - great to see the changes in measurements as well as on the little box we stand on in the mornings and invest all our hopes into! - Setting up clothes in the next size down to try on every now and then works really well too. Lots of luck
